Our Parents Peak Hour membership is built for busy legends balancing family and fitness. Train for motherhood while your little one (under 6) kicks back in our iconic kids room sponsored by The Little Homie and run by experienced child minders in a fun, safe, and intimate space. You focus on your session. We’ve got the next generation covered.

Kids room open 9:30AM - 10:30AM Monday to Friday.
Run by experienced child minders with WWCC. Intimate child minding, clean environment and not over crowded for more one on one play.
We welcome children from 0-6 years old, older children are welcome to sit in the waiting area with an iPad or games. We also welcome babies in prams in classes if you wish to keep them close.
Our coaches can offer education on how to modify exercises for safe training post birth.
Upper level secure parking & parking in the mall within walking distance.
Every session is different ranging from functional strength, basic strength, throw down classes (conditioning) and Flatline classes (team building sessions).
