The Enliven difference is huge and that’s why we are quickly becoming the largest independent gym on the Northern Beaches. We offer a range of classes for men and women from fat burning weights to mixed martial arts inspired HIIT, Pilates, yoga and Our newest addition Flatline. Our trainers are industry experts and are putting the ‘personal’ back into personal trainer. They care about your results and are going to push you to your limits to get them. Our classes are diverse and empowering, and you’ll leave the gym feeling nothing less than inspired and accomplished. But perhaps what makes Enliven really stand apart from the rest is the huge sense of community they base their philosophy on. Everyone is welcomed with open arms and a supportive environment. Becky

HEAD TRAINER

Becky has always had an insatiable appetite for sports and fitness, trying her hand at all different sports during her childhood but truly falling in love with boxing. After six years of training in the industry, Becky was given invaluable opportunities to train with industry professionals and Olympic medalists in the sport, providing her with their successful techniques of mindset and motivation. Becky soon found herself competing as an amateur fighter around Australia, eventually taking out bronze in the Australian amateur boxing titles at the age of 19. Passionate about martial arts, Becky began training in Brazilian Ju Jitsu and soon began another love affair. She began competing in 2014, where she won bronze at her first tournament at the Triple Blue BJJ Open in New South Wales.

With training in Ju Jitsu, Boxing, Muay Thai and other elements of MMA under her belt, combined with her passions of motivational and mental self-development, Becky curated her vision of Enliven Coaching and made it come to life.

Becky has studied Life Style Coaching, Neuro Linguistic Programming and Hypnotherapy and it was through these studies that Becky has come to known fitness and health as a combination of mentality and physical development, where incorporating mindful techniques when striving for health and fitness goals will see your success come sooner and last longer.

Becky truly believes that a new era of health and fitness is unfolding where mindset is more powerful than ever and men and women that can harness it are destined for greatness.

Jazza

HEAD TRAINER

Highly reputable and experienced within Australia’s fitness community, Jazza Roberts has brought his experience in training professional athletes to Enliven Coaching, and is going to take your workouts to new intensities. With a background in elite level Rugby League and Union, he specialises in speed, agility and power and knows how to train leading athletes to their peak performances. His impressive portfolio of successful sportspeople includes the likes of Australian soccer star Tim Cahill, Rugby League legend and NFL star Jarryd Hayne, Rugby League star and brother Ben Roberts and a long list of other highly reputable athletes.

With a gentle understanding yet effective approach, Jazza Roberts has the tools to transform and show anyone their way to fitness goals.

Amy

MOTIVATIONAL COACH

Amy is a powerhouse of ambition, rising to any challenge thrown at her and always giving it her best shot. She has always had a love for sports, playing football until the age of seven and then trying every other sport from gymnastics to basketball until she found her true passion in sailing. She loved the thrill of being on the water and using her strengths, power and agility to perform well in the sport. Competing in sailing took Amy to Tasmania where she finished in the top ten, followed by top three finishes in other state events.

Amy’s spirit for adventure knows no bounds; she has conquered the world’s tallest bungee jump in China and then gone onto to climb the Great Wall, all on her own. Today, Amy spends her time outside playing touch football and netball, and most recently mastered the art of pole dancing.

As a natural athlete, Amy has a great love for team efforts and motivational techniques, implementing them in her Enliven classes and encouraging her clients to constantly push their own boundaries. Amy has shown herself what she is capable of and developed a can-do mentality that she effortlessly passes on to anyone in her presence, but especially her Enliven classes.

Arna

YOGA & MOBILITY COACH

Arna has trekked through America, swam around in Bali and safaried South Africa, safe to say she has the travel bug. Arna has always been interested in health and fitness, (which helps to counteract her sweet tooth) engaging in sports and physical activity such as Netball, Basketball and Softball.

As she grew up she began to learn the importance of pairing this health and fitness interest with holistic self love and compassion for others.

This thought lead Arna to explore a means in which to create a life balance, and she understood the gravity of ensuring there was time set aside weekly, if not daily to have a moment to herself, ‘Me Time’ as she calls it. ‘Me Time’ is Arna’s way of reflecting, refuelling and rejuvenating, all of which you need in order to fill yourself and others with love, joy and happiness. ‘How can I lift others up and fill their ‘cup’ with happiness, if my own is empty?’

Yoga is something that has physically helped shape Arna’s body as well as shape her mind and attitude. Mentally yoga has had a significant impact on Arna and her quest for holistic wellbeing. It has provided Arna with a gateway into her soul, a way to channel her energy and tap into a new world view with the intention to treat people with love in order to receive love herself.
