Parents peak hour training is a special membership that you can also bring your baby or child under 6 along to while enjoying a great sweat up. Your child will be in our iconic fun kids room sponsored by The Little Homie with experienced child minders.

Our coaches can offer education on how to modify exercises for safe training post birth.
FREE childminding kids under 6 with experienced carers in our kids room for 9:30AM classes. One baby/child per mother/father. For every extra child it is $5 cash on the day. ALL children must be booked into the kids room before attending class via the GLOFOX app in the facility section.
Upper level secure parking & parking in the mall within walking distance.
Shower & toilet facilities.
Every session is different ranging from functional strength, basic strength, throw down classes (conditioning) and Flatline classes (team building sessions).
Kids room open 9:30AM - 10:30AM Monday to Friday.
Experienced child minders working everyday at 9:30am kids room.
The kids room is plastic toy free and full of wooden toys, dress ups, blocks, kitchen play, books, TV, black board wall, colouring in table and so much more!
There is an allocated baby section for children under 1 1/2 years old safely away from the older children. Bassinet for sleeping babies and bouncers.
