MUMS & BUBS PEAK HOUR

Mums peak hour training is a special membership that you can also bring your baby along to while enjoying a great sweat up your baby will be in our kids room with experienced child minders.

Our coaches can offer education on how to modify exercises for safe training post birth.
FREE childminding kids under 4 with experienced carers in our kids room. One baby/child per mother. For every extra child it is $5 cash on the day. ALL children must be booked into the kids room before attending class via the mindbody app. Absolutely no children or babies are allowed in the training areas at anytime.
Upper level secure parking & parking in the mall within walking distance.
Shower & toilet facilities.
Every session is different ranging from weights, HIIT, kickboxing and functional strength.
Huge social community of like minded mums
9:30AM classes only. MONDAY TO FRIDAY. This class is open to anyone in the gym male and females, we encourage you to bring your partners along
